1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access our services.

2. Services

Altivon LLC provides business consulting and technology development services, including but not limited to:

• Business growth consulting
• Conversion rate optimization
• AI solution development
• Strategic advisory services

3. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise specified in a separate agreement:

• We retain ownership of our pre-existing intellectual property
• Custom solutions developed specifically for a client will be transferred to the client upon full payment
• Our methodologies, tools, and general know-how remain our property

4. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Cooperate with our team throughout the project
• Review and provide feedback in a timely manner
• Make payments according to agreed terms

5. Limitation of Liability

Altivon LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services.

6. Confidentiality

We maintain strict confidentiality regarding all client information and project details. Detailed confidentiality terms will be specified in individual client agreements.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate services according to the terms specified in individual service agreements. Upon termination, all relevant provisions regarding intellectual property, confidentiality, and payment obligations remain in effect.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify clients of any material changes to these terms.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of the jurisdiction where Altivon LLC is registered.
